Tom Kmiec

Tom Kmiec has extensive experience in business development, particularly in commercial sales at Jarvis Property Restoration since August 2018, where assistance is provided to those experiencing property damage. With a long tenure at the City of Troy Police Department since October 2008, focusing on the Research & Technology Section, Tom also serves as Training Coordinator and Fire Academy Course Manager at Oakland Community College since May 2005. Additionally, Tom has held the position of Lt at the Troy Fire Department since January 2000 and worked as a Business Development Public Safety Liaison at Midpoint Construction & Restoration from August 2017 to August 2018. Tom’s career began with service in the USMC Special Operations from August 1980 to August 1984.
