Jiaquan Xuan

Jiaquan Xuan is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management across various industries. Currently serving as the People & Culture Manager for Greater China at Blackmores Group since September 2021, Jiaquan has previously held significant roles at Mattel, Inc. as a Human Resources Business Partner, and at The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included talent management across the APAC region and recruitment for various segments. Additional experience includes leading HR efforts at ChinaNetCloud and providing consultancy services at FS. Jiaquan holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Shanghai International Studies University.
