Matt Minor

Matt Minor started their work experience as a Senior BI/DW/Reporting Team Leader at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 1999. Matt later became the BI and Reporting Manager and lead various projects, including implementing Basel II Compliance and managing a team of staff. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Aderant as a Project Manager and then a Senior Project Manager, where they led teams and delivered numerous projects. At Teletrac Navman, Matt served as the Global Program Manager and Software Development Manager, ANZ Enterprise Business Development Manager, and Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics. In these roles, they focused on building global teams, onboarding strategic partnerships, and delivering data and analytical solutions. Currently, they work as the Head of Group Data and Analytics at Blackmores Group, driving the strategic direction of advanced analytics and promoting data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Matt Minor attended Caerleon Comprehensive School from 1986 to 1992. Matt then went on to study at Aston University from 1993 to 1997, where they achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Computer Science. In 2007, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
