Thomas Bailey

Thomas Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Thomas is currently the Group Head of Capability at Blackmores Group, where they manage functional development and leadership globally. Prior to this, Thomas worked as the Owner of Thomas Bailey Coaching & Consultancy, providing development consultancy and coaching services.

Thomas also served as an Associate Certified Coach at Frankie Health and a Senior L&D Partner at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. Thomas held the position of Head of Sales Capability at Nestlé, where they inspired learning and growth in the sales and category community.

In their previous roles, Thomas worked at Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe, Middle East & North Africa as a Continuous Excellence Lead and Category Marketing Manager. Thomas also contributed to the success of Mother's Choice as a Volunteer Engagement & Capability Building Senior Manager and Viva - Together for Children as a Development Director.

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as a Strategy Consultant at Tearfund and held various roles at Alcon Laboratories, Inc., including Brand Manager and Senior Category Manager & RTM.

Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in driving performance, developing leadership capabilities, and implementing strategies to achieve growth.

Thomas Bailey has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. In 1999, they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Solent University. Thomas then went on to pursue a BA (hons) in International Business and Marketing at the University of Hertfordshire from 2002 to 2003.

In 2018, Thomas enrolled at SOAS University of London to study Beginner/Intermediate Language Studies in Indonesian, which they completed in 2019. Later that year, they pursued further qualifications in Learning & Development through CIPD Qualifications and obtained a CIPD Diploma in 2020.

Thomas's education journey continued in 2022 when they enrolled at The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology to study Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Thomas completed this program in 2023. Additionally, in the same year, Thomas pursued Mandarin Lv1 at Mòtài Zhōngwén.

Alongside their formal education, Thomas also attained several certifications. In 2019, they became accredited as an EDCI coach by Nestlé. Thomas then acquired a certification as an Everyday Coaching Fundamentals Facilitator from the International Coach Federation in August 2019. In September 2019, Thomas became a 360 feedback coach through Korn Ferry.

As their career progressed, Thomas achieved the designation of Associate Member of CIPD in February 2020. Thomas later became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation in May 2021. Most recently, in January 2022, they obtained the title of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. Additionally, Thomas became an Associate Fellow at the Australian Institute of Training & Development in February 2023.
