Charu Rajpal

Charu Rajpal has a strong HR background, with experience in various companies. Charu is currently the Head of HR at blackNgreen since April 2019. Prior to that, they also held the same position at U2opia Mobile since December 2010. At U2opia Mobile, Charu was responsible for setting up the entire HR department and scaling it to meet organizational objectives. Before U2opia Mobile, Charu served as an HR Manager at Vdopia, Inc. from May 2010 to June 2011, where they were responsible for various HR activities such as policy formulation, employee compensation, and benefit plans. Charu also worked as an HR Manager at Wirkle Inc., where they established the complete HR department and played a key role in setting up HR operations. Charu's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Manager HR at Nokia Siemens Pvt. Ltd from February 2005 to April 2008.

Charu Rajpal completed their education in a chronological order. Charu first attended St. Thomas Sr. Secondary School, where they obtained their 12th degree in Commerce. Following that, they enrolled at DOEACC, where they pursued a BCA degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003. Subsequently, they attended Amity Law Collegue from 2003 to 2004, where they studied Labour Law. Finally, they attended GGSIPU from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
