Wendy Fee

Wendy Fee possesses extensive experience in project controls and planning within the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as Lead Project Planner at BlackRock Resources LLC since December 2017, Wendy has overseen significant projects such as the Southeast Gateway Project in Mexico. Previous roles include Senior Project Control Specialist for key pipeline projects at TC Energy, Lead Construction Planner for the NEXUS Pipeline at Fluor Corporation, and Supervisor of Project Controls at Williams Company, where Wendy managed teams on multimillion-dollar projects. Wendy's foundational experience includes project controls coordination at TransCanada and engineering roles at SNC-Lavalin and Werleman Guy McMahon Architects. Academically, Wendy holds an MBA in Financial Management and two master's degrees in Building/Construction Management and Engineering from Concordia University.
