Anastasia Petraki

Anastasia Petraki, PhD, serves as the Head of Sustainability for Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe at BlackRock since January 2023. Prior to this role, Petraki was the Sustainability Investment Director and Head of Policy Research at Schroders from February 2019 to December 2022. Petraki's experience also includes positions at The Investment Association as Head of Research and Statistics and Governance and Financial Markets Analyst from September 2013 to February 2019. Additionally, Petraki worked as a Research Officer and Teaching Assistant at the University of Bath, contributing to research on performance measurement and pension fund performance from February 2012 to August 2013, and previously as a Research Assistant from November 2007 to October 2008. Petraki holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance from the University of Bath, completed in 2012, and has also studied at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
