Brad Isbell

Brad Isbell is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Alternative & Active Investments at BlackRock since August 2021. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Vice President in the Investment Group Recruiting team at Capital Group | American Funds, overseeing hiring for both experienced and early-career candidates. Under previous roles at Capital Group, Brad worked as an Executive Recruiter focused on senior-level positions. Brad's earlier career includes significant experience at J.P. Morgan, managing full-cycle executive recruiting assignments across multiple functions, and at Korn/Ferry International, specializing in financial markets and private equity recruiting. Brad began a professional journey as an Archives Technician with the Girl Scouts of the USA and served as a Records and Information Analyst with the Lyndon Baines Johnson Foundation. Academically, Brad holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
