Gail Lohan

Gail Lohan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development within the technology and operations sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Learning and Development lead at BlackRock since May 2007, Gail partners with HR and business units to drive talent and development initiatives. Previous roles at BlackRock include Director of the global client services function and Business Manager for the global onboarding team, as well as EMEA head of Client Contracting. Prior to joining BlackRock, Gail worked as a Paralegal at Mendes & Mount. Educational credentials include a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from Watson Martin and a degree in Law from Lancaster University.
