Ivana Mekic

Ivana Mekic, MSc, is an experienced business manager and eLearning specialist with a strong background in adult education and training. Since January 2020, Ivana has held various leadership positions at BlackRock, including Business Manager and Chief of Staff, as well as Vice President and Team Leader for the eLearning department. Prior experience includes roles at eFront as an eLearning Developer, and as an Andragogist at the Human Resource Management Service of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. Additional experience spans various positions in education and administration, including significant roles at Instituto Cervantes, Microsoft, and GlaxoSmithKline. Ivana holds a Master's Degree in Andragogy from the Faculty of Philosophy, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in the same field.
