Kc Boas

KC Boas currently serves as the Head of Retirement Marketing and Director of Corporate Strategy at BlackRock, where leadership in the Global Retirement Initiative is a key responsibility. Previous roles at BlackRock include Vice President, Director of the Retirement Group, and Associate in the Defined Contribution team. KC began the career as an Analyst in Global Marketing and Communications. Earlier experience includes a position as a Summer Analyst in the Brand Marketing Group at Goldman Sachs. KC holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2015.
