Rahul Sood

Rahul Sood is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Lead for Tokopedia within GoTo Group since October 2022. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Rahul has been pivotal in building technology and corporate function teams from scratch and managing the end-to-end Campus Hiring Program for diversified Indian Institutes. Previously, Rahul held various roles at Tokopedia, including Recruitment Lead - India, where responsibilities encompassed strategizing talent acquisition practices and managing a diverse team of recruiters. Rahul’s expertise spans both technical and non-technical sectors, having recruited for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Finance professionals. Prior to Tokopedia, Rahul gained experience at Gemalto and OSSCube, and has a solid educational foundation with an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Delhi and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology.
