Richard Steel

Richard Steel is a seasoned professional in the finance industry with extensive experience in product research, innovation, and capital markets. Currently serving as Director of iShares Product Research & Innovation at BlackRock, Richard has also held positions in the ETF Capital Markets and Product Review Department at Vanguard, Global Program Trading at Knight Capital Europe, and participated in the Equity Quantitative Strategy trainee program at Société Générale. Additionally, Richard completed an internship in Quantitative Analysis within Delta 1 Trading at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Richard holds a BSc. (Hons) in Chemistry from Durham University, attained from 2003 to 2006.
