Samantha Williams

Samantha Williams is a seasoned compensation expert currently serving as the Global Compensation Director at BlackRock, where responsibilities include overseeing compensation for the Global Client Office and various client businesses. Prior to joining BlackRock in August 2014, Samantha held multiple roles at Citi, including Vice President of Compensation and Financial Planning & Analysis, and gained early experience as an Ops Associate and Operational Risk Analyst. Additional experience includes an events assistant role at Engaging Events and internships at F.A. Davis Company and UBS Financial Services. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Syracuse University and has prior education from UNSW and The Episcopal Academy.
