Stéphane Lapiquonne is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in sustainability and investment advisory roles. Currently, Stéphane serves as Head of Sustainability & Transition Affairs and Co-Head Sustainable & Transition Solutions for EMEA at BlackRock, where responsibilities include overseeing sustainability initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previous positions at BlackRock include Managing Director in the Financial Markets Advisory Group and various leadership roles focused on France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Stéphane’s career also includes significant roles at Lone Star Europe, SPQR Capital, AXA Investment Managers, Morgan Stanley, and BNP Paribas, with a strong foundation in structured credit and quantitative analysis. Academic credentials include a Master's in Finance from the University of Cambridge and an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec.
