Tanya Kovacheva

Tanya Kovacheva is a finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Systematic Credit (Long/Short) Portfolio Manager at BlackRock since August 2019, Tanya previously held positions as a High Yield and Leveraged Loans Analyst. Prior to BlackRock, Tanya worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Credit Research Vice President and Associate, covering sectors such as Real Estate, Tobacco, and Beverages. Earlier roles include Credit Research Analyst at APG Asset Management and various internships in financial analysis and banking. Tanya holds a Master's degree in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business and Management, and French from Dickinson College.
