Vicki Tollemache

Vicki Tollemache is a seasoned professional in user experience research, currently serving as Director of UX Research at BlackRock since February 2020. With previous leadership roles at Grubhub and AT&T, Vicki has extensive experience in conducting usability projects and implementing UX strategies, mentoring teams, and driving user-centered design initiatives. Significant contributions include tripling testing output through innovative tools, streamlining testing processes, and presenting actionable insights to executives. Vicki began their career in data analysis and account management at Moroch Partners and holds a B.B.A in Entrepreneurship/Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
