Danielle Richie

Danielle Richie is a dynamic business leader and co-owner of Unity Works Staffing & Solutions, serving as Chief Operations Officer since January 2023, focusing on connecting talent with organizations. In March 2024, Danielle joined Blacks In Technology as Director of Programming, contributing to the mission of elevating Black professionals in technology. Previously, Danielle held roles such as Southeast Regional Account Manager at PCs for People, Regional Sales Director at WideEye Surveillance, and Sales Director & Implementation Account Manager at Communities In Health, where a focus was placed on underserved communities and innovative healthcare solutions. Danielle founded Its Installed LLC/C&D Richie LLC in April 2009, establishing it as a leader in the Final Mile and Home Improvement industry. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Louisville.
