Jason Lamb

Jason Lamb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, consulting, and technology innovation. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at BlackSea Technologies since July 2022, Jason leads initiatives that support innovation for national defense. As Co-Founder of The Hard Yards, a management consulting firm focused on product development, Jason applies expertise gained from various roles, including a position on the Board of Directors at Teton Advisors, Inc. since September 2021. Previous experience includes technology transition at DARPA, advisory and VP roles at HumanGeo, and a lengthy tenure as Navy SEAL Commander with USSOCOM. Jason's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an MS in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a BS in Political Science and Government from the United States Naval Academy.
