Kian Mohageri

Kian Mohageri is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and DevOps engineering. Currently serving as Principal Infrastructure Engineer and previously as Staff DevOps Engineer at BlackSky since January 2021, Kian has demonstrated leadership and technical expertise. Prior to BlackSky, Kian worked at Thunder from November 2009 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing junior and senior-level Site Reliability and DevOps Engineers as Engineering Manager, and served as Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer. Kian's career began at Western Washington University, where from September 2006 to July 2009, Kian held the position of Linux System Administrator. Kian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University in 2009.
