Uyen Dinh is the Vice President for Government Relations and Strategy at BlackSky. Uyen has over ten years of experience in government and politics, including serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In this role, they were responsible for advocating for all DHS legislative and policy issues to the US Congress. Uyen also led and developed relationships with members of Congress to support the Department’s mission, programs, and policies.

Before joining BlackSky, Ms. Dinh was the President of Win Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm that provided strategic advice to clients on a range of issues, including government relations, public affairs, and business development.

Ms. Dinh earned their bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley and their law degree from Loyola Law School.

Uyen Dinh received a Doctor of Law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University. Uyen is currently an attorney.
