Mitesh Soni

Mitesh Soni has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Mitesh is currently working at BlackSoil as a Vice President. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2022, they worked at Ashv Finance, starting as an Assistant Vice President and eventually taking on responsibilities in structured venture debt, NBFC lending, and strategic alliances. During their time at Ashv Finance, Mitesh was successful in generating business worth INR 3bn and achieving a 2.5x exit in a venture debt deal. Before that, they worked at AltFort Capital as an Associate Vice President and at Kitara Capital also as an Associate Vice President, where they gained experience in investments, advisory work, and M&A engagements. Mitesh began their career in 2006 at First Advantage India and Datamatics Global Services Limited in various entry-level positions.

Mitesh Soni completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy Leadership and Finance from the Indian School of Business in 2024. Prior to that, they earned another MBA degree in Finance from the Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research in Mumbai from 2007 to 2009. In 2006, Mitesh Soni obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a specialization in Mathematics from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics.
