Selena Cuffe

Selena Cuffe has a diverse work experience. Selena currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Blackstone Consulting, Inc., a multinational service provider. Selena also holds the same position at RJB Properties, a leader in the educational janitorial and maintenance services market. Prior to these roles, Selena was a Life Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and an Advisor at Face2Face Health. Selena co-founded Heritage Link Brands in 2005. Selena has also worked as the President of SodexoMagic, a joint venture between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc. Selena served as the Head of Strategy and Operations for a top 100 Y Combinator startup and as a Director at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange. Before that, Selena was an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble and held various roles, including Business Development Manager and Account Executive at United Airlines.

Selena Cuffe has a diverse educational background. Selena attended Harvard University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Selena received Second Year Honors during their program. Prior to their time at Harvard, they earned an AB degree in International Relations from Stanford University. While at Stanford, they also completed minors in Spanish and Portuguese. Before their college education, Selena attended St. Bernard High School, where they obtained their high school diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Selena has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Selena completed the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in June 2021. In December 2019, they became a Certified Mediator in Dispute Resolution through the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. Selena also holds a Wine and Spirits Educational Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award with Merit, which they obtained in February 2007. Most recently, in July 2023, they completed the Black Corporate Board Readiness program at Santa Clara University.
