William Wright

William Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. William started their career in 1981 as an Administrative/Finance Specialist in the U.S. Army, where they excelled in deadline-intensive environments and implemented standard operating procedures to increase employee efficiency. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Army Personnel Command, playing a key role in the transformation from hard copy to electronic promotion board files for Army Soldiers. From 2003 to 2006, William served as a Policy Writer/Coordinator in the U.S. Army, where they were responsible for revising personnel regulations and policies to support military operations. William joined the U.S. Army Human Resources Command in 2006, initially as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, and later as the Chief Junior Enlisted Promotions. In these roles, they managed policies and procedures affecting career advancement, led the transformation of the Automated Promotion System, and developed strategic communication presentations for the Junior Enlisted Promotion System. In 2011, William moved into the private sector, joining Molina Healthcare as Director of HR Administration, and later serving as AVP of HR Administration before transitioning to their current role as Head of Employee Services at Blackstone Consulting, Inc.

William Wright has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
