William Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. William started their career in 1981 as an Administrative/Finance Specialist in the U.S. Army, where they excelled in deadline-intensive environments and implemented standard operating procedures to increase employee efficiency. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Army Personnel Command, playing a key role in the transformation from hard copy to electronic promotion board files for Army Soldiers. From 2003 to 2006, William served as a Policy Writer/Coordinator in the U.S. Army, where they were responsible for revising personnel regulations and policies to support military operations.
