John Gordon Spicer

John Gordon Spicer has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of program management and technical architecture. John Gordon began their career at the Military Sealift Command in 1986, where they worked as a Computer Scientist, Information Technology Architect, and Director of Technical Integration. In these roles, they managed projects related to data integration, enterprise data warehousing, and command and control systems.

From 2007 to 2011, Spicer worked at SRA International as a Principal, where they served as a Project Manager supporting Defense Logistics Agency initiatives and as an Account Manager for the Military Sealift Command.

John Gordon then joined Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC as a Program Manager, overseeing TDI projects with the Military Sealift Command and providing guidance on certification and accreditation matters.

Spicer later worked at US Information Technologies as a Program Manager, where they provided program management support to the Military Sealift Command's Business Systems Branch. John Gordon also served as a Data Warehouse Architect during their tenure.

In 2019, Spicer joined Blackstone Technology Group as a Project Manager.

Currently, they are employed at ECS as a Technical Architect.

John Gordon Spicer graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1983 with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. John Gordon then pursued higher education at the University of Houston, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems in 1986.
