Kate Hofstetter is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background, currently serving at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since January 2023. Prior to this, Kate has held various roles including Nurse Practitioner at Providence Community Health Centers since February 2018, focusing on adult primary care, sexual and reproductive health care, and substance use disorder treatment. Additionally, Kate serves as a primary care provider and associate medical director at Blackstone Valley Community Health Care since October 2015. Previous experience includes positions at Ralph H. Johnson VAMC and the Veterans Health Administration, as well as work as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Summit Women's Center. Kate holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Women's Health and Primary Care from Yale University School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Rhode Island College.
