Kay Klos has extensive experience in training and health information technology, currently serving as the Health Information Technology Trainer at Blackstone Valley Community Health Care since August 2017, where responsibilities include developing and delivering clinical EHR training materials and implementing EHR policies. Prior to this role, Kay held positions at the Rhode Island Health Center Association, where training programs were designed for the State's Navigators and Assisters under the Affordable Care Act, and at Uxbridge Public Schools as a Substitute Teacher. Previous experience also includes over 15 years at Unum as a Lead Training Consultant, focusing on technical training and curriculum development, as well as roles in underwriting and risk analysis at Sun Life Financial of Canada and Travelers. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BA in Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College.
