Georgia Ridge

Georgia Ridge currently serves as an HR Business Partner Analyst at Blackstone, starting in January 2024. Prior experience includes an HR Business Partner role at the Department for Work and Pensions from April 2023 to January 2024, and serving as a Human Resources Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Justice UK between September 2021 and April 2023. Georgia Ridge also completed a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Exeter, where a deeper understanding of employment law, HRM in context, and International HRM was gained. Additionally, Georgia Ridge has a Bachelor of Science in Management with Marketing from the University of Exeter and underwent internships and work experience at companies such as John Pye and Impax Asset Management. Education was completed at Sutton Valence School from 2010 to 2017.
