Giovanni Cutaia

Giovanni Cutaia is the current Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management at Blackstone. Prior to this, they were a Senior Managing Director at Lone Star Funds from April 2009 to June 2014. Giovanni has also worked at Goldman Sachs in various capacities including Managing Director from July 1999 to November 2008 and Financial Analyst from July 1994 to July 1997.

Giovanni Cutaia holds a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.

They are on a team with A.J. Agarwal - Srenior Managing Director, Real Estate, David McClure - Head of Real Estate Asset Management, Asia Pacific, and Christopher Heady - Senior Managing Director & Head of Real Estate Asia. Giovanni Cutaia reports to Kathleen McCarthy, Global Co-Head of Real Estate.
