Taylor Kanfer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategy across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at Blackstone since October 2021, Taylor has previously held significant roles, including Global Head of Programmatic Recruitment at Barclays and various senior positions at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities ranged from Senior HR Business Partner for the Engineering Division to Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
