Ridmi Weerasinghe

Ridmi Weerasinghe has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Product Owner at BlackSwan Technologies since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Accenture from November 2017 to October 2021. Ridmi also had a brief experience as an HR Assistant (Contractual) at Unilever from March 2016 to October 2016 and as an HR Intern at Unilever from October 2015 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Fund Administrator at HSBC from May 2013 to December 2014.

Ridmi Weerasinghe has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, which was obtained from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, Ridmi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northumbria University between 2014 and 2015. Additionally, Ridmi earned a Professional Qualification in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) from 2013 to 2015. Before that, in 2012 and 2013, Ridmi obtained a Professional Qualification in Accounting from the Association of Accounting Technicians. Furthermore, Ridmi has achieved the "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2023.
