Sabreen Sulthan

Sabreen Sulthan started their work experience in 2017 as a Software Engineering Trainee at Fitopia. During their time there, they were involved in designing, developing, and enhancing both the backend and frontend of the Fitopia Booking Application. The application focused on providing booking solutions for fitness classes in the UK, including the integration of third-party APIs and databases.

In 2018, Sabreen joined Virtusa as a Software Engineer. Sabreen worked on developing USA cyber security-related applications that ensured endpoint security and monitored events. Sabreen'sresponsibilities included monitoring process-related events, thread injection-related events, and network events. Sabreen was involved in the design and development of both frontend and backend tasks for the project.

Most recently, Sabreen joined BlackSwan Technologies in 2021 as a Backend Engineer. Further details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.

Sabreen Sulthan completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Management with Honors at the University of Moratuwa from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Biological Science at Kurunegal/Kekunugolla National School from 2007 to 2010, where they achieved an Advanced Level qualification. Sabreen also attended Polonnaruwa/Sungawila Maha Vidyalaya from 1996 to 2007, completing their O/L. In terms of additional certifications, they participated in the Code Rush Coding Competition at the University of Moratuwa in April 2016. Sabreen obtained a certificate in the Census of Population and Housing in Sri Lanka from the Department of Census and Statistics Colombo in May 2011. Sabreen also participated in the Sri Lankan Biology Olympiad Competition in 2010, organized by the Institute of Biology Sri Lanka. In January 2017, they received an experience letter from Fitopia. Additionally, they completed a Java Spring Course offered by the University of Colombo School of Computing in February 2017.
