Snr. Customer Success Manager at Blackthorn

Grace Boboye-Akinpelu has held a variety of roles in the past decade, beginning with a Youth Programme Officer at HOPE FOR FAMOLY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE in 2011. In this role, they coordinated all youth related programmes and provided care for Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Single Parent Families, People Living with HIV/AIDS, and other vulnerable groups in the society. In 2016, they became a Programme Officer at Society for Life Changers and Good Parental Care, where they strengthened the technical capacity of the organization, increased access of OVC to comprehensive services, and provided training of Programme staffs on OVC selection and Monitoring. In 2017, they took on the role of Admin Manager at Innovative Brain and Business Development Services (IBBDS). From 2019-2021, they held several roles at Crowdyvest, Farmcrowdy Group, InEvent, and Customer Success Africa, including Customer Success Lead, Client Service Executive, Relationship Officer, Interface Officer, Team Lead, Enterprise Customer Success EMEA, and Enterprise Customer Success Global Specialist. Currently, they are a Snr. Customer Success Manager at Blackthorn.io.

Grace Boboye-Akinpelu's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ilorin (2013-2017), a National Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ede (2011-2013), and a West Africa Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE) from Baptist Girls High School, Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria (2005-2010).
