Robert Norris has a long and varied work experience. Robert began their career in 2011 as a Startup Management & Sales Consultant. In 2014, they took on the role of Facilities Manager with Hanger, Inc. In 2017, they joined EBQ as Manager of Business Development and Salesforce Admin, where they led and mentored a large team of SDRs and provided ROI and strategic consult for SaaS clients. In 2019, they moved to Adia US as Manager of Inside Sales & Business Development, where they hired, trained, and managed a full-cycle SaaS sales department and incentivized and celebrated the exploration of strengths and weaknesses. In 2021, they took on the role of Salesforce Project Manager with Atmosphere. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Revenue Operations Manager with Blackthorn.io.

Robert Norris attended Griffin School from 2006 to 2009 and received their High School Diploma in Economics. Robert then attended Southwestern University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. In September 2022, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
