Sneha Heda began their career in 2008 working as a Developer at Koncero Software Solutions, where they worked on an in house On-demand CRM product. That same year, they also worked as a Salesforce.com Developer at DigitalMobile, performing customization of screens and objects of Salesforce.com instance. In 2009, they worked as a Salesforce.com Developer at Putnam Investments, developing Batch Apex API of Force.com to load data from Siebel application to Salesforce.com. Sneha also worked as a Salesforce.com Developer at Software AG, performing integrated Campaigns/leads in Salesforce.com with Single-Sign-on based web portal. In 2010, they worked as a Salesforce.com Developer at Abbott Nutrition, developing Apex classes to enable integration of salesforce with TargetBase web-service and building multiple Visual-Force pages to perform "search" and "add/modify" transactions on the marketing data in TargetBase. Sneha also worked as a Salesforce.com Developer at WellCare and Avon, developing a workbench on force.com platform to enable launching of a reporting application to different countries and exposing an apex class as a web-service respectively. In 2011, they worked as a Salesforce.com Developer at Associated Press, working in the Salesforce.com implementation/maintenance for the sales and marketing module. Finally, in 2017, they worked as a Salesforce Tech Lead at blackthorn.io, Inc.

Sneha Heda's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Sneha also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum (Karnataka) between 2004 and 2008.
