Elizabeth Bookspan has worked in the technology industry since 1997. Elizabeth began their career at Strategic Technologies, Inc. as a Director, where they provided technology consulting and strategic planning to enterprise-level organizations. Elizabeth was the primary liaison with their clients and led customer research initiatives and developed strategic and functional plans. In 2010, they joined Blacktip IT Services as the Chief Customer Officer. In this role, they provided strategic planning and implementation assistance to small-to medium sized business clients. Elizabeth managed the team of technicians and architects and was responsible for daily operations, budgets and marketing.

Elizabeth Bookspan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from City University of Seattle, which they completed in 2003.
