Michael Hayes

Michael Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael is currently working at Blackwood as a Regional Sales Director, where they collaborate with clients at the Department of Energy and NASA to deliver innovative solutions for cybersecurity and data analytics. Prior to that, Michael worked at SolarWinds as a Federal Sales Manager, leading a team that supported the Federal government's civilian agencies in managing their IT environments. Michael also served as a CyberSecurity Team Lead at immixGroup, managing cybersecurity clients and generating sales of enterprise-level IT solutions. Before that, Michael held roles at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality as a National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, where they provided successful travel solutions and maximized travel investments for organizations. Michael began their career at NexTech Systems, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager and later joined Franklin Templeton Investments as a Senior Associate, where they consulted with broker-dealers and financial advisors.

Michael Hayes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, they attended Tampa Catholic High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including VMware Sales Professional (obtained in December 2017), Infoblox Sales Accreditation - Core Network Services, Security, and Network Automation (obtained in October 2017), Infoblox Technical Accreditation - Core Network Services, Security, and Network Automation (obtained in October 2017), and Proofpoint Accredited Administrator (obtained in July 2017).
