Andrew Bray

Andrew Bray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Blackwoods since August 2016, Andrew has overseen key areas including supply chain, merchandising, global sourcing, marketing, and advanced analytics. Prior to this role, Andrew held multiple leadership positions at BlueScope Steel from 2007 to 2016, achieving significant results in procurement, business transformation, and operational efficiency, including a $1 billion turnaround through strategic initiatives. Andrew's earlier career includes roles at Smorgon Steel, Simplot Australia, and Cadbury Schweppes, where foundational skills in logistics, production, and sales management were developed. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Business from Monash University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Swinburne University of Technology.
