Moriel A. Arango has worked as a President and CEO at BladeRunner Energy since 2021 and as a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer from 2018 to 2021. From 2011 to 2018, Moriel worked at Jansen Combustion and Boiler Tech. as a Process Engineer. Before that, Moriel worked as a WA State Dept. of Social and Health Services Certified Spanish Interpreter as an Independent Contractor from 2005 to 2011. Moriel also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington from 2009 to 2011.
Moriel A. Arango attended Colegio Bolivar from 1986 to 1996 and completed high school there. They then attended Lincoln High School from 1994 to 1998 for further high school studies. Later, Moriel went on to attend the University of Washington, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2007 to 2009, followed by a Master of Science degree in the same field from 2009 to 2011.
