Tianyi Yin's work experience begins in 2012 as a Game Artist/Illustrator at Digital Hail Technology. In 2015, they worked as a Concept Artist at 421 Studio Beijing, creating concept art for the animated film Iron Skies. They then joined Qunyun Media as a Contract Concept Artist/Designer/Animator from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Game Artist at TapBlaze. In 2019, they worked as a Portrait Artist at Studio MDI and as a Concept Artist at GungHo Online Entertainment America, Inc., where they contributed to an unannounced console project. Their most recent position is as a Senior Concept Artist at Bladework Games, starting in 2023.
Tianyi Yin began their education in 2008 at Beijing University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animation in 2012. Following this, from 2014 to 2017, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology, earning a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Animation. In 2015, Tianyi Yin also attended Concept Design Academy to study Concept Art, although they did not earn a degree from this institution.
