Dennis then moved on to Limited Brands, where they served as the SVP of Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness. Following their time at Limited Brands, Armstrong became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Victoria's Secret Stores. Dennis later served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vitamix, where they were responsible for global HR, talent, culture, and real estate. Armstrong also worked as the President of People and Organization Growth Partners, LLC, providing high-impact HR solutions for growing companies. Most recently, they have been serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Blain's Farm & Fleet, overseeing HR, loss prevention, and associate development. Throughout their career, Armstrong has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, organization development, change management, and leadership development.

Dennis Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. Dennis also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree and a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
