Wendy Whitehead

Wendy Whitehead possesses extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Blain's Farm & Fleet. Previously, Wendy held multiple roles at Kwik Trip, Inc., including Director of Total Rewards & HR Service Delivery, Benefits & Payroll Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Employee Relations Specialist. Additionally, Wendy chairs the Board of Directors at 1st Community Credit Union, supporting governance and strategic initiatives. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium.
