Cara Mohlmann

Cara Mohlmann joined the Blair advancement team in 2004 after spending seven years at Lafayette College as assistant director of the annual fund. She began her career at Blair as the director of planned giving and stewardship. Cara took on the role of director of annual giving in 2007–a great opportunity to use her annual fund background to grow the Blair Fund. In 2010, she accepted the responsibility of overseeing advancement office management as director of advancement operations and annual giving and, two years later, she became Blair’s director of advancement. Cara graduated from Lafayette College in 1997 with a BA in anthropology and sociology, and she earned her master's degree in nonprofit leadership from New England College in 2010.
