Penny Chaffee

Penny Chaffee, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the HR Manager at Orchard Portfolio since March 2022. With extensive experience at BLAIR, where Penny has worked since June 1983, various roles have included Sr. HR Generalist, HR Generalist, Corporate Trainer, Benefits Specialist, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Order Handling. Penny holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts/Social Sciences from Jamestown Community College.
