Chase Kushak

Chase Kushak has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chase is currently serving as the President of Blake's Hard Cider Co. since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Principal at Kushak Advisors, where they worked as an independent growth consultant from 2018 onwards. In 2020, they became a Partner at High Five Spirits - Gypsy Vodka and also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at New Standard Cannabis.

Before that, Chase Kushak held significant positions at Founders Brewing Co., where they served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2018 and played an instrumental role in making the company one of the top craft breweries in the country. Chase also briefly served as the Vice President - Marketing at Founders Brewing Co.

Prior to their work at Founders Brewing Co., Chase Kushak was employed at Pulte Homes as the National Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement from 2009 to 2014. Chase was responsible for developing and implementing national strategies and process improvement initiatives across multiple divisions. Chase also served as the National Director of Supply Chain Management at Pulte Homes from 2005 to 2009, where they introduced groundbreaking approaches to supply chain management and implemented a national Lean improvement program.

Earlier in their career, Chase Kushak worked at Johnson Controls as a Senior Program Manager from 2002 to 2005, where they led the design and development of national operations and supply chain systems. Chase was also involved in the startup of Covisint, a company eventually acquired by Compuware, where they served as the Director of the Supply Chain Operating Unit from 2001 to 2002.

Before transitioning to the consulting field, Chase Kushak worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager from 1996 to 2001. Chase began their career at Kraft-General Foods as a Key Account Manager from 1991 to 1994.

Overall, Chase Kushak has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business improvement, growth strategies, and operations management across various industries.

Chase Kushak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Michigan State University from 1987 to 1991. Chase continued their education at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1994 to 1996, earning an MBA with a focus in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. Additionally, Chase Kushak has obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in 2013 and as a Certified Lean Coach from PulteGroup in 2009.
