Alan Randolph

Alan Randolph is a Senior Consulting Partner at The Ken Blanchard Companies, where engagement with global clients focuses on enhancing leadership skills among managers and contributing satisfaction among individual contributors. Additionally, Alan serves as a Member and Elder at Towson Presbyterian Church and has a strong academic background, having taught Global Business as a Professor at the University of Baltimore from 1988 to 2015, where Alan also directed the Center for Global Business Studies. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
