Brooke Schiller

Brooke Schiller is the Founder and Principal Partner of Incite Partners Consulting, a role held since May 2006, focusing on organizational transformations and team effectiveness. In addition, Brooke serves as a Licensed Practitioner and Partner at Insights Learning & Development, delivering customized workshops aimed at enhancing personal and team efficacy. As a Channel Partner with The Ken Blanchard Companies and a Senior Consultant for the About My Brain Institute, Brooke leverages the i4 Neuroleader model, which integrates neuroscience into leadership development. Previous experience includes positions as Director of Learning & Development at Mercury Interactive and Manager of Organization Development at Siebel Systems, along with leadership roles in Learning & Development at AMD and Gap Inc. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from California State University, Chico.
