Christine Gao

Christine Gao, MCC, is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development specialist with extensive experience across multiple organizations. As a Coach Practitioner at inviteCHANGE since March 2019, Christine provides 1:1 coaching to executives and mentors aspiring coaches while training to be a Delivery Leader in the certified coach training program. Additionally, Christine holds the position of Director of Executive Coaching for Cornerstone International Group in China, where coaching leaders and supporting consultants is a primary focus. Experience also includes roles as an Executive Coach & Trainer at AirBusiness Academy SAS and a Trainer at Progress-U, alongside founding The Talweg Consulting, which emphasizes leadership development and team effectiveness. With a solid educational background, Christine earned a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from Peking University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Beijing Language and Culture University.
