Jim Bishop

Jim Bishop is a seasoned leadership expert and founder of Conjunction Leadership, established in 2019, providing executive coaching to transform leadership practices globally. Currently, Jim serves as a Client Partner Associate at The Ken Blanchard Companies and a Licensed Practitioner at Insights. As an Edge|Work Advisor with EDGE Mentoring, guidance is provided to emerging leaders on personal and professional development. Prior experiences include significant roles at Full Strength Network as a Leadership Coach and at Roche as Principal Transformation Leader. Earlier positions at Eli Lilly and Company spanned multiple leadership capacities focused on culture, coaching, and communications, alongside a 14-year tenure at Elanco, where Jim advanced through various training, sales, and development roles. Jim holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Purdue University and completed the Agriculture Leadership Program at Indiana AgrIInstitute.
