Kristin Brookins Costello

Kristin Brookins Costello, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Blanchard since May 2020. In this dual role, Kristin oversees various operational and corporate functions, including People and Culture, IT, Finance, and Organizational Excellence, while focusing on operational strategy and performance. Prior to Blanchard, Kristin held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Karl Strauss Brewing Company from May 2000 to May 2020, and has also worked in HR roles at Maxell Corporation of America and Aetrium. Kristin holds a BA in English from the University of San Diego, earned between 1991 and 1995.
